Alright this is no prep, vale tudo(anything goes) gauntlet. Fight takes place in the octagon and no weapons equipment whatsoever.

1. Jarvis
2. Alfred
3. Two-face
4. Lex Luthor
5. Flash Thompson (with legs)
6. Clark Kent (no powers, human physio)
7. Batroc the leaper.

Depends heavily on the writer, Joker's H2H capability varies with his insanity. On a good day pre-52 Joker beat up Cassandra Cain, this was explicitly because he was too nutty for her to read his body language, but even without that Cass is very fighty, he's also been a good fight for Batman on multiple occasions, though sometimes he just lies down without fighting at all.
