Pandora just sonned Constantine in magic...as did Phantom Stranger. Phantom Stranger by the way was matching the Spectre evenly before they were stoppped.
Oh and Zauriel is still an angel who wiped the Phantom Stranger from existence, Constantine is Constantine, Swamp Thing is still beast, and Deadman can turn anyone on the Avengers team.

Honestly, I'd say the only person more predictable than you on this forum is Quan in a Thanos thread, but he at least accidentally voted against Thanos once.

Has Deadman gotten more powerful in the new 52? IIRC Pre-Flashpoint he had real problems possessing someone of a certain power level depending on the writer like Mongul (Of course he took over Superman at one point IIRC so whatever) or a powerful magic based entity. If he can take over a member of the Avengers, I think he would tip it for his team unless Thor takes him out of the game with some type of Mjolnir trick. He has been shown to manipulate souls and all that. Oops wait, I didn't see Strange. Yeah, I think he'd counter Deadman so overall, it's a pretty close fight unless Captain Universe turns out to be Eternity or something.
Tbf, I don't know what Zauriel is capable of and Pandora is hard for me to place.

I'd have to go back through some DCnU Deadman feats, but I don't think he'd have any problem with most of the Avengers team.
As for Zauriel, he casually erased the Phantom Stranger's existence from "time and memory". (PS was later returned by the Presence) (please log in to view the image)
I've admitted my bias many times, but I still vote Marvel when it's obvious

He is but a kid, powerful, yes, but weak minded. No training to resist it, no built in defences, no magic resistance, or TP resistance or any other way that Deadman might use (tbh, I have no idea how he does it).
Out of all the Avengers, he's prob the easiest to control.
Given how ridiculously uber Constantine's mysticism has been portrayed in the DCnU, I cannot put enough emphasis on how phucking impressive it is for Pandora to own his magic at all-- let alone as casually as she did. This feat is made even more impressive when you consider that Constantine had massively prepped for his 'encounter' with the ToS. Truly incredible. Not only that, but Pandora went on to belittle Constantine's magic as though it was nothing to her own...
