What if Captain America............
Ok...cap is granted powers that are the same as Doc Sampson's. How would he fair against heroes like Hulk,
Ares, sub-mariner ...how much more of a threat would he be with this added power? strength level would be the highest that samson would have with his hair at its longest.......70 TONS maybe?

That's a pretty hefty nerf to Cap, but I think he would still be able to beat the crap out of Hulk, Ares, etc...

He would definitely beat Namor and possibly Ares. With Hulk, the fight is iffy.
Cap has beaten or affected people significantly above his strength level.
