Lawler, Vigilante (assuming it's Adrian Chase based on image) and Argus all have Logan level healing factors, and Judo master can't be hit unless unintentional (as in not aimed) hardly seems like a fair match up.

Removing Lawler and Argus and putting someone a little lower in would even it up. While Vigilante heals his other body stats are pretty normal and his HF is lower than the other two. Hell Argus came back from being dead and healed from 3rd degree burns in seconds. he even regrew his eyes. Lawlers is aslo pretty super human in many respects being (IIRC) possessed by some avenging spirit.

I too gotta go with the Manhunters. Some of them have good abilities, but even those who don't tend to have a lot of equipment that lets them fight on a powered level.
I see team 2 as more skilled, but I'd still bet on t1.
