Captain America vs Aquaman ( Arthur via 90's Pad version with Atlantis tech Hook hand like in JL toon. to counter Caps shield

Fight takes place near water but no Sea life to help out.

Who takes it?

So should I point out that this is the current Cap that
1.Has endless Stamina and never has to east or sleep
2.Has Super human levels of strength and durability and senses and agility
3. Has a Healing Factor.

But Cap has been shown where he can take on Higher Tiers.. heck there is a Cap vs Hyde thread now and it says he can win some of those bouts.

All of which compared to the Sub Diego feat is pretty much nothing.
1. Arthur literally lifts 100's of tons
2. His body withstands the crush depths of Nuclear submarines
3. Arthur tanked explosions, energy blasts and small caliber bullets ( this isn't new to the Nu52)
4. He also has a healing factor
5. He's a lot faster both on land and in water, in Detroit JLA he was a faster runner than Steel who was upgraded from his grandfather. Commander Steele could run over 60 MPH Steel was around 100 and Arthur was said to be 175mph speed on land and mach 18 in water.
