Picard's strength is in diplomacy and leadership, he knows how to get the best out of people. He's a decent fighter as well.

I give up, no one give crap about Archer.

Combat:
I'm not sure, but I might give this to Sisko... he seems to kick a lot of Klingon, Cardissian and Hadarr ass.
The rest I'm not sure. Picard always has Data and Worf, Janeway is a woman, Kirk I guess is alright but he's always next to Spock which makes him look inferior, and Archer isn't even real to me.
