Well, the lizard is fast enough to keep up with Garfield Spiderman who's a bullet timer. He's also strong enough to toss around cars relatively easily. He had a healing factor that let him heal back from being torn up by a firing squad with shotguns and assault rifles. He retained Conners smarts, so he isn't just a beast.

On the other hand, Wolverine and Sabertooth can take more abuse than he can. They're outclassed in terms of smarts, strength, and speed, but their healing factors (which outclass the lizards at some points, yet allow them to be knocked out by one bullet at other points) are a massive help here. When the lizard gets in close and starts beating down, eventually, one of them will probably get a good slice in that will stop him long enough for both of them to tear in. I think they'll win this fight.

Lizard could likely tear Sabretooth and pre-adamantium Logan to pieces.

Lizard has a superior healing-factor. The scene where his hand gets blown off by a shotgun; he regrows bone, muscle and sinew in seconds.

Bullets to the head/face slow him down less than they did Logan.
