Jedi should win. Against someone like Soa, I don't see how the smugglers and troopers were going to make a difference anyway, so practically thinking Nox/Wrath/Barsen/Hero were enough to defeat him. These four are stronger than them. Derp.

Well lets see. From a purely gameplay perspective, it takes anywhere from 8-16 players to beat him. Lets go with 8 players at level 50. I gotta say, characters like Soa and Lotek'k need a lot more opposition to be defeated.
