The sith apprentice Vs the young Jedi grandmaster Satale Shan.
Asajj has defeated General grevious(on even ground without his magnaguards) Luminara Unduli, Aayla Secura, Ahsoka Tano and stood her own against Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Count Dooku as well fighting off Maul and Savage along side Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Satale Shan is a descendant of Revan and Bastila, both of who were considered powerful Jedi. Satale showed her prowess when she defeated 5 Dark-Jedi with ease and later taking on Darth Malgus who she defeated by bring down an entire mountain top on him, having fought malgus when they were both padawan as well taking a direct hit from the Sith Lord Vindican. who wins the jedi grandmaster or the sith acolyte?

Ventress has better dueling feats, both have comparable force abilities with Shan perhaps taking a slight edge.
All out Shan's force abilities aren't that pronounced to make that much of a difference, but she goes down in an excellent fight

In sabers u could say Ventress takes it, as she's held her own against Kenobi, Anakin, and Windu, while Satele was defeated by Malgus, although Satele is no way being stomped in this aspect. In the force however, Satele has Ventress beat. She pulls down a huge tree in the Hope trailer while fending off Malgus with one hand, as well as collapse a gigantic rock with a force blast in the same medium (however this was most likely due to tutaminis/energy absorption). She's also a master of tutaminis as aforementioned, blew apart hex droids with a mere gesture, and shatters a blast door (with shatterpoint presumably). As far as I'm concerned Ventress doesn't match Satele in this regard, outside of tartakovsky feats (sans her rage choke of Anakin and Kenobi).

I agree Ventress is without a doubt a amazing and talented duelist, however force wise, Satale has her beat, nice to see this thread filled with people that actually explain their reason, its a nice change of pace
Her Tartovsky feats and holding off Dooku, and fighting Anakin Kenobi etc is more impressive than Satele getting tooled by Malgus left and right.
Nothing in Satele's repertoire suggests she could defeat Ventress, hold her own yes, and maybe even take the fight to her but she'd just pressure her only to die in the end.
She does take force though, but imo its not by leaps or bounds.

I agree Ventress is without a doubt a amazing and talented duelist, however force wise, Satale has her beat, nice to see this thread filled with people that actually explain their reason, its a nice change of pace
