Ryuko Matoi vs. Travis Touchdown

Ryuko is carrying only the red scissor blade and Travis has the beam katana Tsubaki.

Also none of those power ups for Ryuko like the Super Saiyan God mode by the end of Kill La Kill. Her only exception is Senketsu prior to the Anime's season finale.

Fight is at a baseball stadium.

Who wins?

Edit: Okay so I acquainted himself with some of his stats.

My question is this Nemesis: Really? Are you serious dude?

If what I read is even sort of accurate, Ryuko would kill a million Travis'. With one attack.

Ryuko is far stronger and faster than him, plus has insane regeneration and is borderline unkillable.

I forgot about the regeneration and that only the scissors can turn it off. Crap.

Well let's say Travis' beam katana can do the same. Is it fair now?
