NO. Though I hate the guy, I can't help say Ult. CA can get the job done. He's one of the dirtiest fighters I've seen in comics, and one of the most vicious. He'd do anything to win. As he said once, to him, fighting is about winning. And he's gotta a pretty good healing factor as well. If I remember right, he healed from two broken legs, on broken arm, several broken ribs and a punctured liver (courtesy of Ult. Hulk) within minutes. The same can be said for Deathstroke. BP's chances don't look good here. Between Cap and DS, its a tossup.
