I want to first ask you about why you number your battles.
Anyways, I would think that team 2 would win. At first I was going to say team 1 due to some telepathic speedblitz type shenanigans, but then I recalled Thor's mental resistance is nothing to sneeze at. Combined with the fact Cyborg Supes could probably techno rape the robotic parts of this Absmanhuntron and the fact you have Thor's plot device hammer.
Then that doesn't even get into Vulcan's energy manipulation on top of Thor's own stats.
