Batman would beat Fisk rather handily. Fisk surprises Spidey because Spideys unprepared for him usually and he isn't as good a fighter, despite having powers. Batman on the other hand is ALWAYS prepared and is one of the greatest fighters on the planet, plus he's got immobilizing weapons out the yin yang. He drops Kinpin with a gas bomb and chop to the neck.
This is h2h only. So Batman doesn't get any of his gadgets. In a h2h fight, Kingpin has all the advantages. He's superhumanly strong(lifted a 250+lb man off the ground with one hand and snapped his neck), very durable and a damn good fighter. It took a much more agile and stronger Daredevil to beat him, and that was only after cutting off the lights to the building and using his much higher speed and agility to beat him.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
This. Daredevil was ****ing impressive, and significantly above Bats. This dude was beating the shit out of him. Bats doesn't stand a chance against Fisk.
