Wrecker should win IMO. He has the ability to siphon power from various sources to reach Thor levels. Also by himself he is more powerful for he does not have to share the power.
Rogue could initially out power him, or try to siphon his own power, however i do not recall if she can energy drain magic sources. Which is where Wrecker's power comes from.
Wrecker jobs alot too, if we consider his horrendous jobbing he loses easy. If not then he should out power Rogue after some exchanges.
