With the Star Forge Amp and Karkko, Malak would still loose. Wrath is more powerful in the Force than Malak, with arguably greater saber feats, especially if KotOR Revan could fight him multiple times while he was amped as well as healing.

regardless of how important you believe a nexus amp to be, this is not something unique to Malak in this fight, when in fact everyone else here is a darksider as well, and none of them have shown any special abilities that would be made available by a nexus that they would not otherwise be capable of using (ie. dark side tendrils, force phantoms etc.)
