Runner Vs Brick

Are there any brick characters that could defeat the runner.

It doesn't have to be kill or anything like that.
Just an azz kicking.

Any brick without a) super speed OR b) space/time manip AND c) sufficient damage output is phucked.

A or B : Gruenwald, despite what some people think of his space race issues, stated that unless you have an extreme level of super speed or are able to manipulate space/time, you are nothing but a statue to the speedster.

C : Even if you are a super speedster or able to manipulate space/time, you need sufficient damage output to put down the Runner. For example, Runner vs Surfer. Surfer has time manip feats yet he can't put down the Runner.
