Not much really, if memory serves me right. He lead an attack on the Haazen/Lucien Draay estate during the Zayne Carrik comics.

He survived the First jedi purge by the Sith Triumvirate.

He was a master of a lightsaber form, however since the form changes depending the player's class. nothing has been confirmed.

Overall Vrook Lamar is pretty much featless i think, unless i forgot something.

I'm going to go with 'insufficient information.' He was apparently good enough to provide a fight to the Exile in the scenario where one fights him, so he's not a chump at least.
