This is actually a VERY close battle.

I used Brainy in a team tourney a few years ago and drew a team with Kang and honestly I'd call this a split

Yeah, too close to call. I might give B5 the edge for all the nasty tech he can create. Plus, it depends on the version of Brainiac 5 you’re using.

Just one question: When did B5 create a “Time Viewer”?

Also, restarting time after it was stopped is uber as hell. thumb up

The time viewer was pre crisis.
Cant recall exactly which story. IIRC I read it is one of the adventure digests (which were reprints)

Duento pocket universe still canon for a few years post COIE then reset to canon by final crisis

Things like Time viewer and Time Sphere are devices he has already created and should be in his lag in LOSH headquarters. I mean it is the safest place in the universe to keep them after all, it's the headquarters of one of the largest and most powerful Superhero teams in fiction. Cant think of too many safer places to keep them. I mean let's face it Geh-Jedollah-the Absolute ( AKA the miracle machine) is kept there (not sayin that is available to Brainy though).
