Mastermind wins more often than not.
Mastermind's illusions affect people's minds to varying degrees. The stronger the target's mind is, the more effective the illusion to that mind.
Reed does not have any inherent psychic protection or resistance, though he probably does have pretty decent willpower and his vast intellect likely qualifies his mind as "strong".
I'd say more often than not, the more intricate his thoughts are, the more intricately Mastermind's illusions would affect him.
