Depends entirely on the location.

Then unless Destiny projects his dream self into the real world, he'd get stomped. If he does, he stomps.

Best battle would probably be Destiny's dream self in Nightmare's realm, but even then Destiny would still stomp. It'd be a lesser stomp, but a stomp nonetheless.

Was Destiny a supreme being type in the nightmare/dream realm?

Pretty much. And he could project his dream self into the real world. When he did project his dream self into the real universe, he didn't realize that he was actually all-powerful though. But it was outright stated that he could warp the whole universe iirc. And that he'll become omnipotent when he realizes the full extent of his powers.

Cool. Where would you rank Destiny in the real world? Was he only universal? Or Multiversal?

Does Doctor Dee get his feats from The Sandman? That might help. He was causing MASSIVE damage to the real world when he stole Dream's shit.

^ in Sandman he had the materioptikon. An external power up. He then again had it in JLA classified where he was much more impressive with it.

Universal. Don't recall any implications of him being multiversal.

With external power ups though such as Materioptikon he is multiversal. Though he did suffer from PIS with it. He could easily create and destroy universes with it, yet didn't use it to beat the JLA.

I'm a little confused. Didn't Red King use the Materipikton as well?

Yes. It was first in Dr Destiny's possession, then Profitt (later becoming Red King) stole it from him (or at least a small part of it) and used it to create countless universes. I made a little mistake by confusing them regarding the universes creation.

Read JLA:Classified #32-36 if you're interested in full details.
