First, you have to decide what the weakest line up of the JLA and Avengers has ever been. Actual line ups (titles and/or issue runs'd help), not pick and choose weak members, please.
Then, you have to decide if these line ups could win a no prep no BFR, mid town manhattan battle against (powerful non MU/DC third party) Omni-Man.
