With no prep, a neutral setting, and no lightsaber training, Cognus would die quickly.
Bane would have to contend with all four Jedi.
If Cognus could somehow find a way to hold out and use her force suppression, then team 1 wins.
Otherwise, I don't know enough about the ToR strike team to decide.
