As impressive as Caedus' performance against Luke was it isn't nearly enough. Infact I don't think either Sidious or Luke could defeat that team in a contest of sabers

Oh, I think Luke might pull it off. Sidious, no, Mace's Vapaad amp would kick in. But he's too calm hearted for Vapaad to kick in against him. He's also got a shoto, which tends to work better then two long blades.
