Tbh I think we should wait a little longer, to see what the Inquisitor can actually do. We know he's above at least Padawan level, maybe Knight considering how he humiliates Kanan on the regular. But even still, I think the Inquisitor needs a little more exposure before he can do battles as such.
True, but it's not like he's the only one. But yeah, average Knight seems about right, I'm looking forward to seeing more of what he can do. Tbh though the Empire needs to get some victories going, they said that they wouldn't be that trope of "Saturday morning cartoon villains" thing....but thus far they seem to have fallen in that, with getting beat every single episode or not really getting anywhere.

Well I'd like to think Kanan is at least on the level of an average Knight, and he really is no match for the Inquisitor.
Kanan may not have completed his training, and stayed away from Force and Saber use for a long time, but he was still apprenticed to Depa Billaba. In fact he was specifically chosen by her, so he must have been pretty talented to catch the eye of a renowned Council Member Imho.
And by the time of Rebels he's been honing his Force abilities again for a good few years. Although he may still be more of a gun slinger than a sword master.
