I'd say Inquisitor. He's cold and calculating. Vebb was too emotional and impatient.

Feat are meaningless, you can be really cappble with totaly no combat/battle experience, but this is really harder to have feat when you keep learning and training...

In the otehr hand you can have very circumstencial feats...
So I hate to rely on feat, feat are only here to clarify a capacity or cappability........
