Even though the PF could probably be considered the Marvel equivalent of the White Light Entity (both of them representing life/rebirth), I'd still give this to Nekron.
He was doing just fine vs the White Light Entity until his link to his avatar was severed which resulted in a painful BFR back to his own dimension.
I don't think the PF would figure that out.
