I would think it would be possible. For instance, PC Superman has feats like "casually towing dozens and dozens of planets through space". I'm pretty sure that type of strength would KO Nu Darkseid in one hit. At least I think it would, I don't think he's ever been hit with that much power in one hit given nobody in current DC has that much power to begin with. Well, at least certainly nobody Darkseid has fought.
Oh, Pre Crisis Darkseid could casually one shot Nu'Seid.

It's really too soon to know the answer of to this question. So far, none of the characters mentioned are able to do it. Later we may find out that even a Galactus level character may not be able to do so either, so yeah it's a little too soon.
Based off what we've seen Darkseid endure (Powergirl rocked him a little), these people could do it imo...

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
