Bats wins in both scenarios. Tasky is only able to match Cap, DD, Etc because he studied their style. Tasky knows nothing of Bats style. So bats is at least as skilled as Cap will win h2h. With equipment Bats stomps (gas, sonics, etc.)

Why would Tasky need to study Bruce when he could just use I don't know the fighting styles of Cap, Daredevil, Ironfist, Black Panther, Shang Chi, etc simultaneously? Plus all it takes is 1 time for him to copy a technique perfectly. I've also seen Tasky use sonics and explosive arrows. Its not like his gear is lacking.
