Lex has copied Parasites powers and has mastered his power set. He is now going after Sentry with no Void. They meet up.

Lex dies. Absorbing Man couldn't handle Sentry's power, I don't see Parasite doing any better against him.

At which level are we taking parasite powers??
There have been several, at the peak of which he could absorb any power from alsmot any distance to any degree he wanted and gift those powers as well. Prime example is a cross over between Supes and Airwave 2. He could take as much of a power as he saw fit from anywhere. He took Airwaves power and gave it to his opponent without even being on the battlefield. He took enough of Superman's invulnerablity to make him feel a blow and toyed with him by giving enough back to extend the fight.
