This is the Rakata Infinite Empire at it's prime before the plague against the Aing-Tii as of 43 ABY.
A Rakata Force Hound discovers the Aing-Tii homeworld, and informs his Predor of the find. The Rakata then wage war with the Aing-Tii to claim powerful slaves to become Force Hounds, and to claim the world and it's rich Force presence. The Ain-Tii learn of the Rakata's use of slavery and vow to destroy this horrific Empire of evil. Which species prevails?
Aing-Ti most likely wreck space, ground forces Rakata. The Aing-Ti can instantly move their ships, which is gonna be a ridiculous advantage. That and the Rakata ships weren't really boasting with any great firepower.
Yeah the Rakata have the Starforge, but that could be destroyed.
