As long as Invictus is within close proximity of his Orrery, he stomps. The guy steamrolled through a fairly uber team of Lanterns+Larfleeze+Sayd.

Killing someone isn't a prerequisite for winning. If Invictus were to beat the ever-loving shit out of Marv for hours on end, that would be more than enough to constitute a forum win.

alright. I know absolutely nothing about invictus, so would you mind telling me his feats. Does he have an energy projection advantage, a speed adavantage, etc?

I mentioned his feats above. When he was within close range of his Orrery/vessel/power source, he stomped a fairly uber team of Lanterns(inc. Kyle, Arkillo, Byss, etc.) + Larfleeze + Sayd(a Guardian.) He was also a planet-buster. Very powerful.

But as I mentioned above: if BFR is allowed, then the dynamics could change. Invictus' power is entirely dependent on his proximity to the Orrery. The further away from it he gets, the more depowered he becomes.

[edit]
This is the Orrery:

It's a ship... But also a solar system.

And just a quick note: Invictus created the Orrery from scratch, using his own power(an absolutely gargantuan feat.) He poured so much of his energy into its creation, in fact, that it also doubled as his primary power source.

That's why Invictus' powers are at their peak when he is near the Orrery, and why they wane when he is taken out of range from it.

is he really a trans tier like mar-vell? That seems like something that a sky father would do.

I suppose it depends where you'd rank characters like Larfleeze and Sayd, as Invictus owned them with ease(whilst also tooling a group of Lanterns.)

Personally, I'd put Larf around trans-level, given that in the very same story he was tooling multiple Lanterns from each Corps(inc. Kyle), and it ultimately required ALL of them just to restrain him:

Sayd is no less than equal to Larf, but arguably more powerful if you consider what she did to him after becoming enraged in the above scene:

That said, Larfleeze flat-out stated that none of them were a match for Invictus:

Which makes sense, considering the ease in which Invictus steamrolled through all of them a bit later:

And finally, here is Invictus talking about his Orrery:

Huh. Invictus sounds like a high trans/low skyfather overall.
