Haven't watched Guyver in a long time. Just basing from what I recall, Guyver seems more skilled than CA but isn't quite as strong.

Sorry. At work. Didnt finish that post. Meant to say he gets wrecked with no knowledge but he wrecks if he has even the slightest inkling of the control unit.
Since the movie Guyver is seriously nerfed, lets call their stats a wash even though the Guyver Unit should be quite a bit above him. Durability is still a wash since Cap has his shield but the GU has a healing factor.
They are both skilled fighters, Caps def better so that goes to him.
The GU also has his lazers, his vibro blades which will kill Cap if they get past that shield. And the Megabuster which will leave Cap a pile of ashes right behind his shield.
Of Cap finds his way past that weaponry and gets a clean shot on the CU he can definitely win. Not gonna be very easy tho, even with a way nerfed Guyver.
