Punisher vs John Cleric Preston

Frank Castle from Punisher: War Zone.

VS

Cleric Preston from Equillibrium.

Round 1: Gunfight in an abandoned NYC Subway Station.
Castle has a AR500 Body Armor, his custom S&W 500 with 25 rounds and a full auto AR15 SBR w/Beta C-Mag with 100 rounds.
Cleric has a Level III Body Armor, his two custom Beretta 92FS with 150 rounds.
Range: They starts against each other from 50 meters.

Round 2: H2H inside an steel cage ring.

Who wins and why?

R1) Preston, his gunkata effectively nullifies guns

R2) Probably Castle, while Preston seemed more technically skilled, Punisher is a tank who can cave in skulls with a punch
