To be fair, the no name thugs Daredevil fought were all somehow insane kung fu masters with ridiculous damage soak. Unless your talking about that uncut hallway scene where he outfought a good twenty dudes while half dead with nothing but his fists. There is also that scene were he flipped between the bullets (definitely aim dodging, but still a ridiculous feat).
I still think Ollie wins just because he's taken super powered villains, but Murdock still gives him a good run for his money. I cant comment on the last guy though, since I haven't watched AoS yet.
I never watched Agents of Shield, but checked out some of the fights online. Oliver is above both these guys, based on what I have seen, so he gets the win. Not sure about the other two. Daredevil lacks striking power here, but he has absolutely stupid amounts of damage soak, so it might actually take a while to drop him permanently. I can see him getting knocked down for a bit, then after Oliver finishes with Ward, Matt dragging himself back to his feet for another round, just to have Oliver put him down for the count.
And yeah, people need to remember that the "thugs" Matt had to deal with often had massive damage soak themselves. Take that Russian gangster bastard for example. He got blown up, shot (and the bullet stayed inside him), burned (to stop his bleeding), dropped through multiple floors, and still had enough in him to pick up a gun and make a last stand.

Here are some of Ward's fight scenes. Don't underestimate him. He's more brutal than the other two in this fight and seems like a heavier hitter (though not quite as skilled)
Not bad, but I still don't see him being quite on Oliver's level. And not sure I would call him more brutal. DD has shown himself more than willing to snap bones etc. if necessary, and he even tortured Healy with a piece of glass to get Fisk's name out of him. Oliver can also be extremely brutal, as we have seen, but makes the conscious effort to restrain himself from using excessively violent attacks (he showcases this when he calls Thea out for her dangerous fighting).
Oliver is also extremely strong. He smashed open a padlocked door with a single kick during a recent episode of Arrow. He is also very experienced punching above his actual weight class, and with a notable degree of success, so has that going for him as well.
