Giant fighting robot in Star Wars

Could it be done. Could Star Wars possibly have a giant fighting robot that is controlled by a person in the head. Does anybody want to see that?

In a Universe where space ships can glass planets, a giant humanoid robot probably wouldn't be all that special. But **** it man, if Jedi can somehow be relevant in warfare then a mecha can.

So Gladiator Droids? Cause that is a thing. Also yes they can be controlled by their owner.

quote:
Some owners prefer to take a personal hand in the operation of their gladiator droid. Many droids are equipped with control overrides, which allow the owner to command which actions to take and to start up and slow down the droid on command.

The closest thing I've personally ever seen to that would be the Carbon droids from TFU2. Derp, Ocupara droids.

I just don't think we should mix Gundam and Star Wars.
Sorry.
