Wyyrlok's not as fine of a swordsmen nor is he as skilled as Dooku is in the force to dispose of Sora quite so easily, nor does he have the advantage of knowing Vaapad as intimately as Mace, Sora and Depa did.
I see him outmatched by Sora in the blade department, but it's likely that he could win via illusions, but that's about it.

Wyyrlok is *quite* skillful in the force, and Dooku didn't just beat Sora with force, but did so very casually. Windu also had no problem pushing around Bulq.
Sora can't handle a force specialist of Wyyrlok's level.
