Fair question for everyone except for the attention starved, maladaptive assholes trying to sink the thread: Why would energy wielders familiar with Superman not take advantage of effectively draining, hitting him with red sun rays, etc?

Because it's not in character.

Only one going for weakness exploitation is Firestorm and that's because he has attempted it multiple times.

Other than that, nope.
