One can fly through space, has comparable strength, energy blasts and the potential to go binary. What is She-Hulk going to do? Throw cars at her? Jen gets blasted into oblivion and has no way whatsoever to retaliate.
Carol 10/10.
If this was a slugfest? She-Hulk 8-9/10
If carol could fly but no energy blasts? Carol 6-7/10.
Carol has basically same stats but is faster, flight, energy projection. Yeah, she floors Jen in a real fight.
Carol's blasts are weak if there's nothing for her to absorb and increase their power. Her going Binary is just as likely as Jen losing her shit and reaching Savage Hulk levels.
Carol. Her energy blasts will take it's toll, and she'll get in way more hits than She-Hulk. Has enough toughness to survive a little sloppiness and still come out on top.
All Carol needs to do when Jen leaps at her is simply use her superior abilities (flight, reaction time, speed) to move out of the way.
Or has the forum lost all semblance of logic and anti-PIS in the years I've been away?
In a proper forum fight, She Hulk has zero chance in this fight. In a comic book, yes she has a chance as a writer can decide to have Carol slug it out with Jen like it was some redux of a Hulk vs Red Hulk fight, where all the characters do is pound away at each other like some cheapo-version of the WWE.
However, in a forum battle it is assumed that both characters will be fighting as per their potential (and character traits), which means Carol will not stand and just trade blows with Jen.
In a forum fight, 10/10 Carol. It's not exactly spite (at least not as was the case in years past where idiots like a certain chap called Wolverine8888 would claim Wolverine could defeat Superman and Thor in a forum battle), but it is close to spite.
Carol. 10/10.
And Jen jumping at her would only give Carol the opportunity to properly hit an incoming and absolutely unmaneuverable target once Jen's feet leave the ground. Leaping at a target that can actually fly (rather than just do glorified jumps) and is faster than you is something that Wolverine8888 would do if he was written as She Hulk.
