scenario 1: in a race from the sun to Pluto.
scenario 2: then on foot from California to Florida.
all have the same reaction speed in scenario 1, so no "silver surfer can react faster than the rest at the beginning and speed up instantly" kind of crap
who wins this travel speed competition?

I don't know a lot about GL speed feats other than the nanosecond feat by Hal and GLs flying to OA in a matter of minutes. So I'm really curious to see arguments in this thread.
