Rorshach beats Fisk to death with his bare hands based on what I've seen (which is admittedly not a great deal).
He's faster, a better fighter, and arguably stronger based on the general level of the Watchmen.

Good ass fight. The way Fisk rag dolled Daredevil, he definitely seemed stronger. But Rorschach is way meaner, and can take a lot more damage, even with Fisk's "armor".

I don't know about "meaner". Fisk decapitated a guy, using a car door, because the guy gave him some bad news, IIRC.

Fisk should win a hard fight. He held up fairly well against a suited up DD, and was fast enough to tag him multiple times. Rorschach did well against fodder, but he is short on feats when it comes to handling tougher opponents.
