I've mentioned this before but I'll say it again: In that warehouse fight, Batman actually got hit quite often by the thugs. The only reason he was able to shrug the hits off was due to his armor. So while Batman is powerful, he isn't exactly as skilled and fast as people think.
That said, I still give him the win. BW is faster and more skilled but I think there's too much of a size and strength advantage for Bats and that's not even taking into account his suit if he's wearing it. Still would be a close fight though.
