I'd put The Overvoid/Monitor-Mind, The Empty Hand, and Ultra Comics in the same tier, as they are purely metatextual beings whom transcend the story itself.

I'd put The Presence, The Word, and The Source on the same level, as they represent the Supreme Beings within the comics/story. I might also throw the GEB alongside them, just because it was intended to be equal to the aforementioned. However, Morrison implies that The Source=The Overvoid in his Map, so if we're being as accurate as possible, then you could probably bump The Source into the metatextual tier as well.

Synnar ranks last among them, imo.

I'm honestly flabbergasted a topic like this could be made with a poll and Superman wasn't a choice on the poll. Well hey it's progress.

Anyways I think the Presence is probably the strongest on your list. Though it was pretty much said the Great Evil Beast was equal to the Presence, the yin to it's yang.
