This is Solid Snake from Metal Gear series and Chris Redfield from Resident Evil Series vs Bucky Barnes as Winter Soldier and Jason Todd(ex-Robin) as Red Hood
Gear:
Snake has PSG-1 with 5 ammo, M4 Carbine with 8 ammo, P90 with 8 ammo, Mk. 2 Pistol, M1911 with 6 ammo, Stun Knife, Solid Eye, Camouflage suit and 3 Frag Grenades
Chris has H&K MP5 with 8 ammo, Ithaca 37 with 6 ammo, Beretta 92FS with 6 ammo, Combat Knife, 2 Spray Aids and 3 Frag Grenades
Bucky has an AWP Sniper Rifle, M4A1, Pistol, Combat Knife and 3 Frag Grenades
Jason has AK47(i think he didn't used it in comics but i like to give him this weapon), MP5K, Twin Pistols, Combat Knife and 3 Frag Grenades

Character A fought this and that are usually poor arguments.
Snake has gotten his face rekt by Ocelot, Vamp, even 3 soldiers. Chris usually gets his ass beaten by Wesker and if Wesker wanted to kill Chris he could of easily.

Jason in the New 52 beat the sh*t out of a bunch of League of Assassin Man-Bats who are 5 tonnors, have super senses, can fly and were trained by Shiva.

He's faster than Chris is to the point where he can kill 20-30 Yakuza in a room before any of them can pull the triggers on their guns

The only thing that might be close is strength and even then, Jason can jump 20+ feet in the air from under water.
He's too fast and too skilled for Chris. Chris will fumble around while Jason will mercilessly pick him apart.
Seriously? You think being stronegr than a giorilla is somethign in comci world?

Well Kirk Langston was able to fling cars around so I imagine the other Man Bat's would have a degree of Superhuman strength
A Silverback Gorilla can be up to 9 - 15x stronger than a an average male, assuming that an average male can lift 150 lbs the Silver back gorilla would be able to lift 1350-2250 lbs but they really don't have the anatomy to lift something like that. Their strength is more being able to tear someone apart. Hell even a Chimp is significantly stronger and would decimate a human.
Point is, that even if the Man Bat's were only as strong as a Gorilla that would still be Jason beating the crap out of 7-8 Man Bats who are maybe 1 Tonnors, can fly, have superhuman senses and were trained by Shiva so are fairly skilled.
I don't know anything about Guts but isn't he also fairly fast and skilled as well? If he was only a brute with a sword and 5 ton strength he'd be pretty easy for a lot of characters to beat so I'd assume that there's more to him than that.
