Could go either way, she probably can't win via telepathy as Apoc has shown he can fight it out with Xavier/shield his horsemen- but then again she can probably summon the same level of molecular disinentrating power as her younger self. I guess it depends on whether you think her unhinged abilities in Last Stand are more powerful or less powerful than the massive burst of energy she hit Apocalypse with. This is debatable imo
