TCW Anakin's all over the place in terms of force defenses. He got choked by Ventress, blasted by Dooku's lightning and sent flying, etc. Starkiller could probably tool him if its canon feats only
Cade is good enough to hold off Ulic and give him hell

By TCW Anakin, I hope you mean Anakin as of the Clone Wars event, not the series. Please never make it TCW Anakin from the series. I get that Anakin's inconsistent as a character, but that show's portrayal of his abilities is beyond laughable.
