Kind of depends on which abilities Mitch starts out with. Because I have no doubt that S1M is fast enough to 'beat' the resurrection device, and prevent Mitch from dying/acquiring new powers.
Like I said: it depends which ability Mitch starts with(if any). If he doesn't start with *at least* Flash-level speed/perceptions, S1M would simply destroy the resurrection device before he ever got a chance to use it. If Mitch *does* get the chance to use the device -even once- he wins. He is haxx AF -- can literally give himself *any* power he wants.
