Wildfire is consistently said to be among the top three most powerful Legion members (Mon-El and Ultra Boy being the other two if I'm not mistaken).

Even though HT Hammond is the most powerful HT by far, I'm still giving this to Wildfire (if only because of lip service regarding his power level). big grin

Apparently the natue of Jims power itself seems to have fundamentally changed since the last issue of squadron supreme from Fire based with radiation to pure radiation. Hard to say whether this is significant but Id go with Wildfire either way.
