That version of Scorpion was pretty uber.
He had his own danger sense, owned Titanium man, pretty much no sold everything Spider-man threw at him.
He also laughed after being punched by Captain Marvel and falling 7 miles from a rocket.

I think DS at his beast with God slayer sword and a personal shield? Is Promethium standard gear including these two? Otherwise Scorpion sound pretty uber with those feats.
