Batman's a cheating son of gun. He doesn't play fair. Thor is superior to Captain Marvel because he has eons of experience. Captain Marvel has Superman-level Strength, faster than the speed of sound speed, invulnerability, and magical abilities. Thor (without his hammer) has slightly above Superman-level strength and invulnerability. Batman would win because he's completely and utterly ruthless. CA has a sense of honor. Batman doesn't.

Batman always seems to outwit everybody and beat them even if its like a David vs Goliath thing though, so I'd give it to him on every occasion pretty much, cept against a Force user like Darth Vader, he's not getting out of a Force Choke.
