The question is, can his construct absorb the energy blasts and attacks that Odin uses. If so, it will be tough for Odin.
Regardless, he has way too be "low" showing for me to take him seriously. He may have the power of an entire corp, he clearly does not utilize it anywhere close. He has been defeat by less
10/10 with I guess a rare chance of Odin losing one

If Larf goes beast mode here --like we saw when he originally confronted the Guardians, for example-- he would win, imo. If he decided not to tap into the reserves of his Battery for whatever reason, he'd obviously lose.
